For international orders it normally takes at least 14-21 working days to arrive. However – sometimes delays are possible due the postal system and we can’t be responsible for such delays as we ship promptly and provide correct and full tracking info. If for some reason your order delays more than normal – please, inform us and be more - patient cause it will arrive as all other orders.
We ship only via BG POST (Bulgarian posts). All orders ship as Priority mail. We consider Saturdays and Sundays as non-working days. Also, you should take in account time-difference for overseas orders.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us HERE
On the last page before your click "complete my purchase" there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press "complete my purchase". You cannot enter coupon codes if you click the "pay with PayPal" option or combined with other discount codes.
We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we charge a flat rate for all products which varies between $15 and $25. Keep your eye out for better shipping rates and other promotions that we offer to our exclusive mailing list.
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
You can buy Custom Amp Covers either on this website or on eBay platform. We’re not yet located in any retail locations, but when we branch out we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on all of our locations!
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
Definitely yes. We don't store any of your credit card information. That's handled by our payment processor Stripe (the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
